Return & Exchange Policy
- We do not accept returns at the moment. Only exchanges are applicable.
Eligibility
- Our exchange Policy is applicable for 7 days. If 7 days are gone by after the delivery of the product(s), unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the packaging tags intact.
Exchange
- You can apply for an exchange if the product received is defective/ damaged or if you have received the wrong size of a product
- Exchange is applicable only once per order.
Refunds
- We do not provide Refunds at the moment. If there's a case where the customer wants to return the product and wait for some time before placing an order for the product in exchange, we provide store credit for the similar value of the product.
The procedure for an exchange is as follows
- You can place an exchange request directly on our website by clicking Exchanges and filling in the required information
- Once your exchange request is confirmed by our support team, we will initiate a reverse pickup request for your order.
- Our delivery executive will come and collect the package. Please make sure the products are packed safely so that there is no damage in transit.
- Once the product reaches us, it will go through a quality check and subsequently, the desired exchanged product of the similar value will be delivered to you in 20 days.
