At Chikankari Hues, every product is handcrafted by our artisans, and slight variations are part of the charm of handmade work.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges for size or product defects, subject to the following conditions:

The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at [contactus@chikankarihues.com].

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

Once approved, the exchanged product will be shipped within 5-7 working days after we receive the original item.
No Returns:
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, dislike of color, or minor variations in embroidery, as these are natural in handcrafted work.
Refunds (in specific cases only):
Refunds are processed only if:

You were charged twice for the same order.

The order was cancelled by us due to unavailability or operational issues.
In such cases, refunds are initiated within 5-7 working days, and the amount will reflect in your original payment method within 7-10 working days, depending on your bank.
