SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship across India and internationally.

Domestic Orders: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.

International Orders: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and typically delivered within 10-15 business days (depending on the destination and local customs).

Customers will receive tracking details via email once the order has been dispatched.

Please note that any customs duties or taxes applicable at the destination country will be borne by the customer.

Only exchanges are accepted; no refunds or returns are accepted for orders placed overseas.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, and the shipping destination. Product prices are inclusive of shipping charges for delivery in India.

For international Shipping , rates calculated at checkout according to weight.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

All orders are processed from different locations of our Master Craftsmen places across India in most cases. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

MODES OF PAYMENT 

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks and new-age payment options like UPI, etc. We have industry prominent names as our third-party payment gateways.
